Father Joseph Krynen was born on January 16, 1919 and ordained into the priesthood in 1946. For 25 years, he served with the Order of White Fathers in Africa. In 1974, he came to Arizona, serving many parishes while with the Diocese of Phoenix. Father Joe loved traveling, biking, swimming, reading, playing chess, going to the opera, and spending time with family and friends. He entered eternal rest peacefully on December 17, 2018. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. This video was recorded in early 2014 and was shown at the conclusion of Father Joe's Funeral Mass on January 12, 2019.
