Stations of the Cross

The Stations of the Cross, sometimes referred to as The Way of the Cross, is a series of images, prayers and meditations depicting Jesus Christ’s crucifixion. Inspired from the Via Dolorosa (Latin for "Sorrowful Way" or "Way of Suffering") located in Jerusalem and believed to be the actual path Jesus walked to Mount Calvary and his execution on the cross. Praying the stations is a way for Catholics to make a spiritual pilgrimage through the contemplation of the Passion of Christ. So many wonderful versions of this now exist online and we offer links to many of them below to help you in your Lenten journey.
